• Under pressure
• Underpaid
• Undervalued
• Overworked
• Overwhelmed
• Complicated
• Able to get an amazing amount of things done
• Able to understand what is tantamount to a second language
• Tired
• Poor communicators
• Stuck

.... and you know what?
One in a thousand of these people care.

The rest don't.
