I can't find any version of this library still online but there tons of writing about it. Can you re-register ahsonline.com.au? Not even whois knows about it anymore.

See what happens if/when you slack? I'll roll you a version from CVS.
Any chance I could get a version as well? I've been reading all about it and am dying to try it out.
