Marquee via XBL.
Idea that was discussed with Alethes today in #web: Clipped / Eclipsed text which on mouseover goes all CNN news ticker. Reasoning: You click it, you slide it, you drag it, and you read extended definitions of things that are not otherwise visibile. Possible to implement in IE easily with the MARQUEE tag, possible to do so with XBL.
Is there anything out there that behaves like this?
