I fall asleep on the bus occasionally.
Done right you get a good thirty minutes shut eye. Done wrong you miss your stop.
What I want is a geo alarm - wake me at this lat, long.
Google latitude is close (remind me to check in at x), but not quite it

On the iphone you can set a reminder when you're at a location, but not to the extent of geo-fencing that you're talking about. The commercial fleet tracking packages have that - like navman wireless, but sure about consumer stuff though
