It will be interesting for the valuation industry...

... as the smart watch matures.

It's a little bit clunky, but for a wrist mounted camera and speech to text (probably not very accurate, particularly for technical content) capability for 5 minute bursts; this is one less device in your hand. Compared to the Pebble, this actually seems useful - the mic and camera seal it, even if there is only 1/7th the battery life.
As you can see from the touch screen UI, it's more painful that helpful at the moment.


I know for example there are a number of valuers at work who use various hand grips, and routinely can rely on a smart phone camera for image capture - it'd be interesting to see if the watch form made life easier or more difficult for people in the field.

It's certainly a lot more socially acceptable than being a glasshole.
